Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. However, the customer must be aware of the customs and shipping regulations of their country
My system is now out of warranty, do I still get support?
Systems that have fallen out of warranty still qualify for our Lifetime Customer Support. Which means even if your system has fallen out of warranty you can call out technicians for technical support.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order will take anywhere from 7-15 business days depending on the build speed purchased, as well as factors such as part procurement and overall testing time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only on shipments sent to California.
Where is your company located?
Our main facility is located in Los Angeles, California, but we also have an auxiliary office/repair facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
